ABOUT NEO

NEO is the Greek word for new.

Imagine a day when mortgage companies can no longer get away with just putting people into debt, but must equally focus on getting people out of debt and showing them how to leverage their home to maximize their wealth.

We believe successful homeowners – who have a plan to maximize their wealth and minimize their monthly expenses – make better neighbors and build stronger communities for us all.

We created the NEO Home Loans logo as a symbolic commitment to our relationship with you. We believe the closing of your home loan is where our relationship and guidance begin.

As your financial situation evolves and changes, we will be the constant guide you can count on. We aspire to become the most valuable person in your life when it comes to real estate and finance.

Ultimately, our success as a company is not measured by how many loans we do, but by how successful you become.

We look forward to being your guide on your homebuying and wealth-building journey!

I’m proud to have been born and raised in the Village of Tilton, Il, a town with less than 2300 people, to two loving, hardworking, parents who instilled in me a strong work ethic and moral compass. That work ethic came at young age from mowing grass and shoveling snow, something I’m so grateful I don’t have to do here in sunny San Diego!

I graduated with a degree of science and a focus in business management and went to work for Walt Disney World in Orlando where I mastered the art of customer service. My job for Disney was problem resolution in theme parks. As a perk to that job I escorted celebrities through the theme parks during their stay. It was through that job that I got representation for acting and modeling and I moved to LA.

I started to appraise real estate on the west side of Los Angeles to subsidize entertainment bookings and I was recruited over to the mortgage side. It was very soon after that in 2003 when I jumped on an opportunity to become an in-house lender for a real estate office in Del Mar. I’ve been in San Diego doing loans ever since.
